The BIG Event returns in July 2024 and this is the place to submit your session ideas and put yourself forward to be a Speaker at the BIG Event 2024.

When: Wednesday 24 to Friday 26 July, 2024

Please feel free to use this site to submit session ideas for the 2024 BIG Event or to peruse the programme to see if you can contribute to other people’s sessions.

The Programme is created by the Members, for the Members. We are looking for sessions which include:

• hands-on workshops
• discussions
• hands-on activities
• hybrid events*

If you would like to contribute to a session listed, please get in touch with Session Leaders directly.

The deadline to submit session proposals is Monday 18th March at 11:59pm (UK time).

Dates for the BIG Event are as follows:

• Wednesday, 24 July; 1pm-5:30pm
• Thursday, 25 July; 9:30am-5:30pm (Best Demo competition approx 5pm and dinner approx 7:30pm-11pm)
• Friday, 26 July; 9:30am-5pm
